This beautiful antique lacquered box was handcrafted in Japan and dates from the early 1900s, during the Meiji period. It is delicately hand-painted with floral and bird motifs and finished with decorative brass fittings. The cabinet features two front doors that open to reveal small drawers inside, a single drawer at the bottom, and a lift-up lid on top providing additional storage space. A lovely testimony of the past and a highly decorative vintage treasure, full of charm and craftsmanship.
