Marks from the maker in the chain ring, miss the clasp, where the silver mark usual is, but the test was done and is solid Silver ( see last photo ), probably was made in Europe in the first half of 20th century. Very good condition but miss the clasp, needing to be repair, and just needing a good clean, please see all photos for correct impression.
