This extremely rare Kangaskhan full art card is a factory misprint. The textured foil layer (the tactile texture normally present across the entire card on full art cards) is incomplete. The texture pattern is only partially visible and appears to be different from the standard Kangaskhan pattern, but rather from a different card. The condition of the card is shown in the images.
