Highland single malt whisky that is distinguished by its use of heavily roasted "chocolate malt". Chocolate malt: Made from grains that are roasted harder than normal (similar to stout brewing), which gives the characteristic coffee and cocoa notes. NAS whisky, containing a mixture of different ages with some parts being upwards of 35–40 years old. The aging is in a combination of bourbon barrels, sherry barrels and brand new American white oak barrels. Only shipping to EU countries.
