Lego is in very good condition, set is built one or two times. Set is never exposed to direct sunlight or smoking, but due to aging and the fact that bricks were mixed with bricks of other Harry Potter sets, very slightly color differences are possible. Box is in good condition, opened. Set is complete but the minifigure Hagrid is not the original one (hp061 with Movable Hands) but one with fixed brown hands as shown on a image.
