Art Deco crystal vase, registered model, designed by Jean-Pierre Kirchner for the French crystal manufacturer Cristalor. The vase is executed in cut clear crystal, decorated with stylised geometric and vegetal motifs, enhanced by satin-finished green panels and applied gilding, characteristic of high-quality French Art Deco production. The authorship and model status are formally confirmed by the moulded inscription under the base, clearly visible in the photographs, reading: “Jean-Pierre Kirchner pour Cristalor – Modèle déposé – Made in France”. French production, circa 1935–1945. This model was produced in several sizes and colour variations; the present example corresponds to the large size version.
