This bid is for a very nice pen set Sheaffer 506 XG Quasi Imperial Fountain Pen end Ballpoint Pen. Sheaffer 506- Triumph White Dot series (having nothing to do with the Sheaffer Triumph nib). This is a nice heavy pen, thick around the waist and well balanced in the hand. FYI, the X version of this pen had a gold plated clip, and the XG version has a gold nib. Characteristics: - Made by Sheaffer in the USA, early 1970s - Bright Chrome Straight Lined Pattern bodies with gold plated trim. - Fountain Pen is fitted with a 14K solid gold inlaid nib. Looks like a Medium/Fine nib. - Filling System Converter or cartridge. Converter included. The converter can be removed in order to use Sheaffer-style cartridges. - Ballpoint pen is new, never used.
