Decorative pair of Jugendstil ruby red glass vases with ornate metal mounts, likely Central European (possibly Bohemian). The vases are made of deep red glass with white acid-etched decoration featuring stylised foliage, scrolls and circular motifs. Both are fitted with decorative metal mounts at the rim and base, with sculptural handles and tripod feet, typical of late 19th to early 20th century Jugendstil design. One vase has a visible crack to the glass, clearly shown in the photos; the other appears intact. Minor wear to the metal mounts consistent with age and use.
