After having harvested, the grains ferment alcoholically for about 10 days at a temperature never higher than 29º. Faustino V Reserva subsequently begins a maceration process with its own skins for about 20 days. Faustino V Reserva is finally aged for about 16 months in American white oak barrels from Missouri. Before going on the market, it rests for another 24 months in the bottle."
