Milky quartz floater with excellent luster, a funky revealed surface texture, and shape, and two contrastful cream colored siderite crystals that carry the composition of the specimen nicely. The piece is a complete floater with a fully recrystallized bottom. Panasqueira is one of the most important mines when it comes to specimen production in the whole of Europe, with the best apatites produced in the continent in recent times having come from here, but in reality it produces more than apatite with other specimens like this one often being overshadowed.
