Large-size mechanical alarm clock by Blessing, manufactured in West Germany between the late 1960s and early 1970s. An iconic piece with a strong Space Age / Pop Design character. Deep blue dial, twin bell configuration, and a bold lime green metal case, creating a striking colour contrast, completed by the original wooden base. Original Blessing-Werke mechanical movement, clearly marked: “NO (0) JEWELS – UNADJUSTED – WEST GERMANY”. The clock has been recently serviced: the main spring has been replaced, the movement cleaned and tested. It runs correctly and the alarm function works perfectly. Metal parts have been treated with specific anti-corrosion products to stabilise the surfaces and preserve the original finish.
