A stunning glass-art vase from the “Aphrodite” series, designed by Bertil Vallien for Kosta Boda Atelier in 1985. The vase is made in a beautiful asymmetrical shape with flowing contours, created in shades of brown and yellow. Swirling white stripes travel from the base to the rim. The combination of technique, color transitions, and sculptural shape creates a magnificent light reflection. The surface has a glossy finish that shines beautifully. Condition: The vase is unsigned. One very small chip on the upper rim, hardly noticeable (see close-up photo). Otherwise in lovely condition with no cracks or damage. It looks very nice.
