A fine collection of well-used jewelry of the Oromo-people in Ethiopia. Presented is a large necklace with a pendant/amulet at the end. The chain is decorated with small glass beads and small pendants in a phallic design. The amulet is decorated with small bells, making a nice sound when walking. This necklace is made of brass. lenght; 35 cm. The other necklace is decorated with tiny red and white glass beads; lenght; 32,5 cm. Two neckrings are included, made of bronze and brass. Diam.; 23 and 27 mm. Finally a personal asset; a ear-scraper, made of low-grade silver. Lenght; 65 mm. All items were collected in Ethiopia in the late 1990's.
