• From Singapore/Japan to Europe:
• If Item Value + Shipping < €150 we use economical postal services (e.g., EMS, SingPost).
• Premium carriers (FedEx, UPS, DHL) can be used if you pay the cost difference (euro10 will do ).

2. Customs
• Buyer is responsible for all import duties, taxes, and customs fees.
• We are not liable for customs delays or extra charges. Please check your local rules before purchase.

3. Cancellations & Returns
• If you cancel after payment, you pay all return shipping and any import duties/taxes.
• Returns need our approval, must be unused, undamaged, and in original packaging. Buyer pays all return shipping and related fees.

4. Payment
• Winning items are reserved for 1 week after auction ends.
• Full payment is required within this period or the item may be relisted/sold to another buyer.
