This smiling character doll was made around 1910 by Hertel§Schwab for König§Wernicke. She is marked "Made in Germany 98/9". Her biscuit head is free of damage or repairs. Beautifully painted. Brown sleep eyes. Open mouth with 2 teeth. Human old wig. Original body with non-functional cryer, fingers on one hand are very "played" - see photo. The dress and apron are vintage, very suitable for the doll. Brown high boots. The cute doll measures exactly 50 cm.
