This is an unusually large (4,0 cm) scarab from the Ramesside Period. 
The scarab is incised with two representations of crowned sphinxes couchant, above two falcons with outstretched wings (maybe holding the „Shen“ sign in the claws) Under the sphinxes two bound captives, lying on stomach with hands tied behind back. Date: Egypt, Ramesside Period, ca. 19.-20. Dynasty, ca. 1292 -1070 B.C.
