Description

Set of antique luminaires comprising a central chandelier and two matching wall sconces, in classical style, richly decorated, made of bronze (or copper alloy of bronze type).

The chandelier features a heavy, finely chased structure, with curved arms adorned with decorative motifs, typical of high-quality productions from the late 19th century / early 20th century.
The fabrication is characterized by thick molded elements, assembled by interlocking and old soldering, bearing witness to careful casting workmanship.

The set shows a substantial total weight of about 15 kg for the chandelier, confirming a fabrication in solid metal rather than lightweight decorative material.
The two wall sconces, about 1 kg each, are perfectly matched to the chandelier in style and patina.

The electrical system is functional (working at the time of dismantling), with candle-type sockets.
The decorative candles are made of cardboard/fiber (the original material commonly used on antique luminaires); some show signs of wear, visible in the close-up photos, but do not affect the overall aesthetics or functionality.

The chandelier is provided with additional original chain links/elements, removed in the past to adjust the height. These elements allow re-adjusting the height as needed and are included in the lot (Current height of the chandelier: about 73 cm. Additional chain links are provided, allowing an increase in height of about 35 cm.)

A personal pickup can also be considered depending on location, with prior agreement.
