The sculpture was hand-carved in 2020. Made of mix of plaster and cement, giving it density, weight, and sharp detailing. The black gloss is achieved through multiple layers of glossy lacquer. The surface is deep, almost mirror like,light doesn’t just fall on it, it reflects within it. The gold elements create contrast and emphasize the form. Small in size, approximately 1 kg in weight. compact, yet visually substantial. A rare piece. This is a one-of-a-kind sculpture with character.
