1x 75cl bottle "Gueuze 125" from the Cantillon brewery. Extremely rare bottle! Cantillon was inspired by the lambics brewed more than a century ago to make a gueuze to celebrate the 125th anniversary of Brasserie Cantillon. Back then, it was common for brewers to use more raw wheat in their brews than the 35% they use today. This Gueuze 125 is a blend of lambic brewed on 27/12/2017 with 50% raw wheat and 50% malted barley and bottled on 10/12/2021. To be drunk preferably within 20 years after bottling date. Will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped with T&T code.
