Rendered in a detailed and refined manner, Daruma gazes forward with a contemplative, somewhat stern expression. A large golden hoop earring pierces the right ear, and the figure is wrapped in a bright red robe opening at the chest.
Illegibly signed in ink and accompanied by a two-character seal in red, reading: “Tôyô” 東羊.
