Beautiful calebass, used as a container for transporting eggs to the local market. Decorated with fine motifs and with kauri-shells. These containers were used by Hamar-women. Nice brown patina. Typical Hamar-design and collected in the Omo-valley in Southern-Ethiopia in the late 1990`s.
