Earth-mined emeralds are commonly colour-enhanced and clarity-treated to improve their appearance, as over 99% have surface-reaching fractures. Standard practices include oiling, resin infusion, or dyeing to deepen the green colour, which is generally accepted in the jewellery industry if disclosed. These enhancements are used to fill fissures and enhance colour, making many emeralds more vibrant.  Natural Earth mined Emerald stone beads of 8mm to 11mm big.
