Elegant Silver-Plated Tea Set, c. 1895–1910 (Late Victorian / Edwardian)

A finely crafted three-piece silver-plated tea set dating to the turn of the 20th century, comprising a teapot, sugar bowl, and cream jug.

The set features a beautifully shaped lobed (panelled) body, each panel richly decorated with hand-engraved foliate and scroll motifs, characteristic of late Victorian and early Edwardian design. The ornament is crisp and well preserved.

The teapot is fitted with a hinged lid, decorated with fine radial engine-turning and topped with an elegant finial. The spout and handles display graceful, flowing lines typical of the period.
The sugar bowl and cream jug mirror the same elegant form and decoration, creating a cohesive and visually striking set.

Very good antique condition. The silver plate is well preserved with a soft, even patina. No dents noted. Light surface wear consistent with age and use.
