Large copper heraldic shield. France, circa 1900. A fine and decorative coat of arms featuring a knight’s helmet, floral motifs and the French fleur-de-lis. The shield is made of solid, heavy-quality copper and would make an impressive decorative piece behind a fireplace, on a mantel or in an elegant hallway. Dimensions: 62 cm high × 50 cm wide.
