Large half-moon shaped chest of drawers/hall console, 1930s/1940s. This demilune or half round chest or hall console cabinet is mahogany with flame grain drawer fronts. There are three drawers with brass pull ring handles (the last one on the left is with the slight different ring to the others). Elegant tapered legs with gold painted details. There is a minor defect on the left corner (right above the front left leg) (seen on photos). This chest was partly restored in the past. In general, the chest is in very great condition with minor scratches due to use. Measurement: Width 130cm x depth 56.5cm x height 82.5cm Made in Italy. Period: 1930s/1940s.
