Name : Paracenoceras aff. hexagonum Age : Jurassic, Kimmeridgian stage Found in : Saint Germain du Puy ( near Bourges ), France This fossil nautiloid is a one of its kind in the way the size , shape and preservation are much better than usual for the Kimmeridgian specimens. The back side has been stabilized and it has some very minor cracks filled. The size of 42 cm should be the max possible for the specie. It has a weight of 16.6 kg.
