A fine suiseki 水石 (scholar’s stone), formed as a stylised mountain peak. The stone rises to a prominent central summit, with gently sloping sides suggesting a natural mountainous landscape. The surface displays an attractive mix of tones, including warm beige, reddish-brown, and green veining, creating a lively, almost painterly effect reminiscent of natural rock formations. The surface is smoothly polished with a glossy translucent lacquer finish. Presented on a custom-shaped wooden daiza 台座.
