Cepparello di Isole e Olena is a Tuscan wine of great structure and depth, incredibly expressive, a quintessential representation of the Sangiovese grape. Made with grapes from 35-year-old vines, following the strictly manual harvest, it ages for 20 months in French and American barriques, one-third of which are new. Intense yet graceful, it is destined to improve with age, further enriching its already diverse bouquet.
