A beautiful and completely hand carved male figure depicting a standing man with an elaborate headdress. The figure shows Senufo influences and possibly depicts a real person, perhaps an ancestor. The fine and elaborate carving and scarifications lend this piece exceptional character and depth. 51 cm 10 X 13 cm Overall good condition with wear consistent with age. It can stand but is a bit wobbly.
