Due to its morphology, it is a manus claw belonging to an small-medium sized theropod dinosaur. Its morphology does not match any of the officially described theropods dinosaurs from Niger. Although its morphology is reminiscent of some small theropods of the family Alvarezsauridae, a precise taxonomic assignment cannot be made, until there is more literature to compare with, as well as new discoveries.
