Vintage Quercia Commodore Petrol Lighter – Made in France – 1950s
Up for auction is a vintage collector's lighter, the Quercia Commodore model, made in France in the 1950s. The Quercia brand is historically recognized as the pioneer that launched the famous Flamidor brand.
Condition: Authentic, fully functional piece. The semi-automatic ignition mechanism is precise, and the toothed wheel offers excellent grip.
Design: Robust metal body, with an elegant pattern of vertical striations (pinstripe). The base features the original markings: "Quercia Commodore", "Breveté S.G.D.G." and "Made in France".
Works with gasoline (petrol) and classic flint. The tank is sealed, preserving the fuel efficiently.
