This auction presents a set of three vintage Japanese Yanagiba knives, the quintessential tool for the art of sashimi. Known for their long, slender blades designed to slice raw fish with precision, these knives are examples of traditional Japanese carbon steel craftsmanship. Each piece bears unique markings, reflecting its heritage.

Fujiwara (藤原): Features a distinctive brand on the handle: "Fujiwara" (藤原).
