A fine Satsuma ceramic lobed plate, measuring circa 21,2cm in diameter and weighing 824g, delicately painted in pastel enamels and abundant gold to depict an animated view from a terrace with water, trees and a volcano in the background. Marked to the underside with Kizan 輝山 maker´s mark. Condition: Overall very good, One tiny chip to the rim, no significant damages or repairs. Minor wear commensurate with age.
