Vase with an incised decoration, Klaas de Boer (1944-) Zaandam. Signed KdB and 78, dating this piece in 1978. This vase is in an excellent condition and a really nice example of the work of ceramist Klaas de Boer. Klaas de Boer was born in 1944 and studied ceramics at the Rietveld Academy in Amsterdam from 1962-1966 (Instituut voor Kunstnijverheidsonderwijs). Since 1966 he has had his own workshop in Zaandam (NL).
