Épineuil, situated just south of Chablis, benefits from a cool climate and limestone-rich soils, producing Pinot Noir with freshness, precision and a distinctive mineral backbone. The 2019 vintage was aged for 12 months in oak barrels, adding structure and subtle complexity without overpowering the fruit. Bottled without filtration or stabilization, this wine preserves its full aromatic expression and natural character. Already drinking beautifully today, the wine also offers excellent ageing potential, with a drinking window from now through approximately 2029, and the ability to evolve gracefully up to around 2031 under proper cellar conditions.
