Rare Gold Doppia of Pope Pius VII – Exceptional Luster
A highly collectible gold specimen from the Rome Mint, struck during the 18th year of the pontificate of Pius VII. This coin represents the post-Napoleonic restoration of the Papal States and is a centerpiece for collectors of Italian States or Vatican numismatics.
Obverse: Features the Chiaramonti Papal coat of arms, topped by the crossed keys and tiara. Legend: PIVS VII P. M. A. XVIII.

Rara Doppia in Oro di Papa Pio VII – Eccellente Lustro di Zecca
In asta un prestigioso esemplare in oro coniato dalla Zecca di Roma durante il XVIII anno di pontificato di Papa Pio VII. Questa moneta riveste una particolare importanza storica, essendo stata emessa nel periodo della Restaurazione dopo l'epoca napoleonica.
Dritto: Stemma della famiglia Chiaramonti sormontato da chiavi decussate e triregno papale. Legenda: PIVS VII P. M. A. XVIII.
Rovescio: Raffigurazione di San Pietro seduto sulle nubi, con la mano destra alzata in segno di benedizione e la sinistra che stringe le chiavi del Regno. Legenda: APOSTOLORUM PRINCEPS. In basso, l'esergo con il simbolo della zecca.
