Since there is no secondairy fermentation in the bottle, Bruocsella is a flat, non-sparkling beer. The beer will evolve over time. bottles have always been kept in wine cellar under ideal circumstances. Bottles will be carefully packed with bubble wrap and shipped with T&T code.
