ELENA PARASKEVA 被四家不同且享有盛名的国际摄影学会评为年度摄影师（2024/2023/2021/2018）。
她是Hasselblad Masters、World Masters Of Photography、LensCulture、Aesthetica、Prix De La Photographie Paris等的校友，并自2021年起担任FLORIDA MUSEUM OF PHOTOGRAPHIC ARTS的资深评审。

她曾在布鲁塞尔的欧洲议会、以及纽约、巴黎、东京、伦敦、迪拜、维也纳、巴塞罗那、慕尼黑、吉隆坡（马来西亚）、佛罗伦萨、法兰克福、马拉加（西班牙）、林茨（奥地利）、格拉茨（奥地利）、锡耶纳（意大利）等地的双年展和知名画廊进行展出。

她最近一次被公开机构收藏的是瑞典韦斯特拉约塔兰政府公共艺术部所收藏。在收藏她作品的公共机构中最具代表性的，是美国波士顿儿童医院，在其儿童癌症科走廊入口处拥有一幅长达500厘米的装置作品。
