A beautiful cut of natural dupion silk, in a beautiful plum color, almost an eggplant, it's an iridescent "changeant" silk, with a blue inner weft thread that gives it a lovely sheen. This cut is 4m by 1.35m wide. With the characteristic irregular yarn, its shine and tone changes with the light. This authentic silk was produced in India in the early 1990s.
