The silver was chemically tested with a professional potassium dichromate solution, instantly reacting in an intense red-garnet hue, confirming the high purity of the metal. (Ministry of Finance) and the central emblem of the Belgian Rampant Lion. It features a gorgeous natural silver patina in the recessed areas, which highlights the Niello engraving.
