I am selling this brown striated (tortoise) Pelikan 400 fountain pen that was produced between 1956-1965. The pen's nib (class OM for Oblique Medium) is made from 14 karat solid gold. The pen has been used but still looks good, the piston mechanism works and it writes well of course (see pictures).
The tortoise is quite rare in comparison to the green striated model.
