以铝合金基材铸造的晚期苏联设计纪念币，正面刻有国家盾徽，盾徽上方为镰刀与锤子，置于地球仪之上，周围环绕麦穗并由五角星顶饰，做工精细，浮雕清晰。反面以“10 Kopeek”的数字为主视觉，周围以风格化麦穗框饰并在下方标注年份。该品以其极高的保存状态而脱颖而出，原始光泽强烈且均匀，币面干净，浮雕清晰，几乎无可见痕迹，呈现出极为出色的陈列效果，符合其高等级。
