Alpina manual-wind dress watch with blued hands and with Alpina cal. 925 in house movement. Unique serial number of the watch in the 330,000 range are typical for Alpina military models (such as the legendary Kriegsmarine watches with caliber 592) manufactured around 1940–1944. Because of its superb accuracy, durability, and craftsmanship, 925 calibre was chosen by the Swiss watchmaking school in Biel in 1948 as their core didactic training movement.
