A fine silver photo frame with wooden backing, measuring circa 22,7 x 17,5cm outside size, suitable for a photograph of circa 18 x 13cm, the frame repoussé decorated with rope design edges. Stamped with Spanish hallmark for 0,915 silver and maker´s logo of Pedro Durán. Label to the reverse denotes the silver has been treated to eliminate the need for polishing. Condition: Very good, no significant damages or repairs. Minimal wear commensurate with age. The frame opens by pushing gently against the glass towards the bottom. Slide missing but not needed.
