Item Description This elegant Kutani-yaki porcelain vase features a soft sage-green ground decorated with a flock of flying cranes (tsuru) rendered in gold, silver, and platinum lustre, with fine black tail-feather details. A double red band encircles the lower body, and the rim is finished with a delicate gilt edge. The piece is signed on the base in red enamel and comes in its original wooden tomobako (signature box) inscribed "九谷焼 龍仙作" (Kutani-yaki, made by Ryūsen).
