here seated with crossed legs in half
lotus position. The right hand is held
in Karana, which emanates energy
banishing and expelling negativity,
demons, sickness and negative
thoughts. The left hand is held in Varada
Mudra and expresses compassion,
liberation and an offering of acceptance.
