Condition Report:
This card is in Excellent to Near Mint (EX-NM) condition (seller’s opinion).

Front: The artwork is vibrant and clear, retaining a high level of its original gloss. The gold WB stamp is crisp and well-defined.

Edges & Corners: The borders are well-preserved with only minor signs of wear consistent with a vintage card that has been handled carefully over the years.

Back: The reverse side shows light surface marks and minor white "silvering" at the edges/corners, typical for the 1999 Wizards of the Coast cardstock.
