"Wines with sophistication and grace" is the motto of the Wassererhof near Fiè allo Sciliar, which is why the winery has always focused on meticulous craftsmanship and the highest quality. The history of the Wassererhof dates back to 1366, when the Lords of Lichtenstein built the farm near a spring that promised fertility. Around 600 years later, Franz Mock purchased the farm, which was in need of renovation, and, together with his sons, managed to stylishly renovate it. Today, twin brothers Christoph and Andreas run the family business, incorporating time-honored tradition and innovative expertise into their fine wines. Sauvignon, Pinot Blanc, Cabernet, and many more thrive on sun-drenched slopes and are carefully pressed at the Wassererhof – collaboration is always a top priority. The results are clearly visible and tasty!
