This is a fossil of larvae Psittacosaurus, and it can be seen from the photos that it was cleaned from the original rock. This is a completely natural Psittacosaurus fossil, which also contains part of its torso. Psittacosaurus is a very early ceratopsaurus dinosaur. They have developed many characteristics on their own, and they also have many of the same physiological and structural features as the later ceratops, such as protoceratops and elephant-sized triceratops.
