It is an olive oil with green aromatic notes. Its fruitiness is of medium intensity, and is reminiscent of green grass, green banana and green apple. In the mouth it is an olive oil with medium bitterness and spiciness, where green predominates again with notes of green banana peel and a final persistence of medium intensity.
